4) Send a copy of your deposit slip duly signed by the bank officer either via FAX or email attachment to the Real Estate Agent who is serving you. A copy of this deposit slip will be used by the Agent to show to the developer that such deposit that went into their account at such specific amount and date really came from you.

5) Your Real Estate Agent will check with the developer if the deposit is cleared and by then, the Agent will send you an official receipt and two documents: RESERVATION AGREEMENT & CUSTOMER INFORMATION SHEET via email attachments. The original receipt will be temporarily in the hands of your Real Estate Agent for safekeeping pending your advice as to how it should be sent to you. Usually these official receipts will be mailed to you together with the contract documents that will be sent to you via post mail. You can expect these documents to be sent via email attachment within 3 days from the date your deposit is cleared.

6) You are then requested to send these two documents with your signature on them via email attachment or Fax. Please note that this online processing of documents is for the purpose of reservation only and preparing the original contract papers. This will make the developer decide to keep the property you want in your name for at least 30 days while contract papers are being prepared. What is legally binding is the original signing of original contracts. This will bring to the next step.

7) Your Real Estate Agent will send the original contract papers to you by post mail. This usually takes seven (7) working days on the average from the time your deposit is cleared. Mailing time usually takes two (2) weeks for a registered mail via post office.

When you receive the mailed original documents, and after reading and affixing your signatures on these documents, you are requested to mail them back to the address of the Agent. Mailing time for this is also expected to be two (2) weeks.

9) After the Agent receives the signed original contracts from you via post mail, these documents will be handed over to the developer who will affix their signature/s and then have these documents notarized by a lawyer. You can then expect to receive a copy of the notarized contract.

10) You will then pay the monthly installment on a bank to bank deposit from your end. Some developers may require submission of post dated checks or pay through your assigned (SPA ) special power of attorney such as your relative. If you do not have a checking account or checks to issue the required post dated checks, your relative or any SPA in your behalf, can open a checking account here in Cebu or anywhere in the Philippines and your relative can just issue the post dated checks in favor of the developer’s name for safekeeping while they are not yet due. When the checks become due, you just have to fund these checks a few days before they are due with bank to bank payments from abroad direct to this checking account your relative has opened in his/her name but for you to deposit on a monthly basis.

One of my personal issues is those thousands of blogs out there with useless and unreadable content. You must have seen them… So often just a string of random words barely held together and completely unintelligible.

Why? That people get suckered into the belief that “Auto blog content generators” actually work. I’ve yet to see any sales pitch that’s convinced me that any of the various types have any benefit whatsoever. The problem is that they are based on keywords, and a million keywords interspersed with other random words that hold them together – or not – is not in real terms of any benefit for your site.

Even if you do get traffic and rankings from them – how many readers are actually going to switch off before the end of the first sense because they think they’ve been conned into landing on your site? How many times have you hit a site full of useless drivel? Quite a few I’m willing to bet.

There is no easy way, there are no short cuts on this one. Learn to write, learn to write well, learn to write in an SEO friendy way, and write often. If you can’t write, employ or find a way to work with someone who can. If you can’t provide quality written content there’s not really any point pursuing a carrer in blogging.

The over used phrase “content is king” is actually true – to a point. But NEVER at the expense of quality. I urge you don’t buy these things! Save your money – and your time, you will only be dissapointed with the results…

If you are planning on visiting Barcelona with your family you are sure to have a good time as there are many fun things to do with kids. Children are generally welcomed by everybody at the city’s attractions.

For starters, some of the interesting things to do and see with the kids in Barcelona:

Gaudí Architecture
Walking along some main avenues of Barcelona will yield some exciting discoveries for the whole family if you choose to go and see some of Antoni Gaudí’s buildings. His masterpiece, the Sagrada Família, which was his lifetime’s work and and as yet unfinished, is an amazing cathedral – totally unique with majestically tall, colorful, dotted spires which would appeal to any child’s playfulness. Apart from the fascinating interior of the building one can see modernistic statues and stained glass windows on the outside.

The next Gaudí building stop would be La Pedrera at No 92 Passeig de Gràcia which houses offices and apartments. The rippled grey stone façade resembles stone from a quarry (pedrera) and is beautifully framed with elaborate wrought-iron balconies. You can see a variety of temporary exhibitions on the lower floors and from there proceed with a tour of the building which includes a tour of the apartment on permanent display. The apartment has suprising curves and corners with playful decor and original and unusual furniture. But the rooftop is probably the highlight of La Pedrera. It has giant chimneys that looks like medieval knights lording it over the city and neighbouring buildings. The view of the city centre from up there is spectacular.

As the kids might prefer to go to a park instead, it would prove to be an enchanting experience to visit Gaudí’s Parc Güell, which is situated about 4 km north from Plaça Catalunya, the centre of the city. Plan to spend some leisurely hours there with some snacks or a picnic. It is a large park with unique landscaped architectural structures in unexpected places. The entrance is in Carrer d’Olot where you’ll go through two quaint gate-houses. From there the steps that go up – which is guarded by the famous mosaic lizard – will take you into the park. Now is the time to explore this interesting park where you’ll see supreme examples of Gaudí’s creative, natural architectural forms.

La Rambla
For something different, another day’s sightseeing with the kids could start at Plaça Catalunya and continue down the famous pedestrian walkway, La Rambla, which goes down all the way to the statue of Columbus and the port. La Rambla, a very busy and somewhat noisy walkway, is very popular with tourists and locals alike. Vendors with stalls sell a variety of goods along the way – including birds. One can rent a chair to sit and watch performing street artists, painted mime artists, or just  to people watch – all very entertaining!

Barcelona Beaches, Old Port and Pleasure Cruises
At the end of La Rambla you’ll find the old port and the closest beach, Barceloneta, of the city. There are a lot of activities to take part in at the city beachfront. From simply spending time at the beach during the long summer relaxing, tanning and playing on  one of the many well-kept beaches of Barcelona, to taking short or long day cruises on a pleasure boat, to strolling or roller blading along the beach promenade, listening to street musicians, to having a drink or meal at one of the various excellent restaurants along the way, there are many choices.

Barcelona Aquarium and 3-D Cinema
Not far from there is the L’Aquàrium de Barcelona which will prove to be a hit with the kids. The aquarium has a beautifully designed, long underwater tunnel walkway from where you can observe exotic fish swimming over and all around you. The aquarium shop has a good selection of gifts on offer. Another entertainment venue is the Imax Port Vell 3-D cinema, which is housed in the same Maremagnum complex, where adventure and wildlife films are screened from 12 midday to 10 at night daily.

Barcelona Tourist Bus
Finally, for an overall sightseeing tour of Barcelona the family could pile into the top deck of a Barcelona Bus Turístic where you are alerted and given interesting facts of all the areas and buildings on the way through earphones in your chosen language. One can get on and off anywhere on any of the routes, within the duration of your ticket. Of course, this tour could also be done upon arrival in Barcelona as an orientation tour.

Getting back together with an ex boyfriend after a deployment can be difficult but often worthwhile. Being away from family and friends tends to make a boy grow into a man, so you will probably find your boyfriend has matured a lot.

Depending on how long he has been gone and where he was deployed, he may very have gone through some traumatic experiences; as well.  It is extemly doubtful that he will be the same person who you broke up with. in these circumstances it is best to start again as if you were going out for the first time.  You need to take things slowly and get to know one  anther all over again.  

Now pease realise that you will both have changed over the time you were apart. These changes may help and make you more compatible, but then again  they may not. Only time will tell if that is the case. You cannot and should not base a relationship on just shared past memories. You need to find out if you both are the right match for each other now.

Don’t rush into things.  Just start by enjoying each other’s company. Pretend you don’t even know each other and go on dates where you can chat for hours. You need to discover each other once again and tha’s virtually impossible to do, if always surrounded by your family and friends. Go away for a couple of weekends together to see how you get on being alone. Have some fun and some adventures. After serving his tour of duty, I am sure that your boyfriend will appreciate some good old fashioned fun. Take him hang gliding, riding horses, bowling, roller blading or ski-ing. Whatever sport you can find near to you that you both enjoy.

Having a relationship with someone is not all about candle light dinners. It is about getting on together 24 hours a day through the good times and the bad. A successful couple share a deep physical and emotional attachment to each other. It is this bond that will get them through the hurdles; life throws at all of us.

It is worth mentioning that you are choosing a difficult path getting involved with military personnel particularly during these times. You must be prepared for long separations and perhaps for living abroad in military housing. Your man may be posted to dangerous parts of the world.  

When you love someone it is very difficult to let them go and do their jobs. You must be prepared from the outset to accept the life they have chosen. It would be unfair to fall in love with a military person and then expect them to leave their  carrer for you.

You also need to trust your boyfriend. Given his job, there may be things he cannot share with you either because of military rules or just that they are too painful. You will just have to accept this.

Getting back together together with an ex-boyfriend after a deployment may be difficult, however it could also be exciting and perhaps the start of a whole new life together.

About to pass up…obligation financial relief!?
My husband and I are going through a really tough time right now and it things don’t seem to be getting any better. Don’t find me wrong, we are fine, as a couple, it is our financial life that seems to return with worse everyday. My husband joined the Army in February and be gone for 4 and a half months. He was promised that he would still enjoy his job when he got home. Well, they go back on their word. I was working and get laid off. It is extremely hard to find a errand in the area that we lve surrounded by because it is such a small town. I mean, the closest Wal-Mart is 80 miles away. There aren’t even even fat food restaurants around here except for one Burger King and they are not hiring. I don’t mind traveling to work, but you hold to have money to do that and we don’t. My husband fund a job at a restaurant wash dishes and they are only paying him $150.00 a week. We were kinda counting on his Army Bonus when it come, but it still has not come. Anyone have any direction as to what we can do? Please?

About working at commerce mound?
I am thinking about working at commece bank. I am going to apply for both piece time and full time. If for some reason I can only gain a part time position how long before I can a full time position? How long would I enjoy to be at commerce before I can transfer to another department?

I have an employee that produce excellent work. The problem is that he’s sick adjectives the time, in the majority of the cases for allergies. Each month he takes at smallest 3 days for sick leave. Last years he consume all the sick days that he have. I’m happy with the being but I need the work done. What’s your recommendation?

ACA Qualified contained by London wanting to move into Corporate Finance?
Hi, I am ACA qualifed with a medium sized firm surrounded by London. I have experience in audit including a secondment to Australia for 4 months, and I also spent 6 months within the Corporate Recovery department of my firm on starting my training. I am not a first time passer at ACA, if this makes a difference. However I have a strong CV, from a top university, and own many outside interests/achievements to support my academics. I am very soon at a point where I want to move onto Corporate Finance, preferably in an accounting firm to some extent than a bank. I appreciate this is not really the time to move into this area, given financial climate, however I believe I should try rather than do an alternative and risk diverting my career. How can I ensure I seize a job in this nouns? Should I study for the CF1 qualification to show my interest? Are there other related fields I could try first? Please push for if you are in this area. I’m a Canadian, about to finish my PhD and I have be offered a 2 year contract to teach at a US college. I have to adopt in a few days, but I still have a few more places I enjoy applied that still haven’t started interviewing for positions. If I don’t accept this job, and nought else comes up, my family and I are screwed. If I do accept, and I grasp an offer from someplece here in Canada I will predictable make more money, not have to move to a foreign country and verbs about work visas, and keep raise my kids in Canada. Of course, then I would be lone giving the college a couple months to find someone else to teach the courses. Is it understandable to put my line first and quit a job I already accepted, or is it unheard of?

Accountancy Careers Advice?
I started a degree in Accountancy ending September and managed to get contained by to university with only 2 SQA Highers (there is a awfully good reason for solitary having 2 Highers). However as I have be looking up at the requirements of firms it seems that I wont be able to bring a job after Uni as I don’t have the UCAS points. I will I had just go to college for a year then to Uni with the correct amount of UCAS points. I hold considered trying to get work experience at a firm, like so several hours a week and I would even be willing to do this without any take-home pay (which I have had mixed counsel about). I have thought of getting a paid leisure job doing just broad things like book-keeping but I’m finding this difficult as most firms are looking for practical experience. The thing I am presently considering is if I try and get more Highers at night to attain my UCAS points up or just go spinal column to college this August full time for a year. If anyone has experience of this please help me out. Thanks

I am not sure if i should get an ICT degree or move about for accountancy, i dont want to end up in a 9-5 career with 2 weeks holiday in the summer which is the solely negative to accountancy so i am wondering if anyone out there is an accountant but is working from home? Accountant Salary: How masses years to take 6 digit Salary?
I’m interested in pursuing master program in Accounting. I’m a junior within college, majoring in Economics. I just wanna know something like how long does it usually take for accountants to get 6 digits income. I know accountants get high earnings at the beginning, but the increase rate is pretty low. Compared to actuaries, for instance, I heard that accountants’ take-home pay is low. I’m just wondering how, “as an average”, they earn? I’ve already checked out salary.com and etc but seem like they obviously below estimated Accountants’ salary. Can they get 6 digit stipend within 7-8 years?
